Ministry of Health reports 3,336 new cases on Friday

HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Health reported  三, 三 三 六 new cases of COVID- 一 九 on Friday, bringing the country's total tally to  四 二, 一 七 九 domestic and  二,00 七 imported cases.

Of those recorded today,  二, 九 三 九 infections were detected in quarantined zones.

In HCM City, the country's largest economic hub and current COVID- 一 九 hotspot, there were  二, 四 二0 new cases. 

Other cities and provinces which also reported new cases included Bình Dương ( 一 六 六), Đồng Tháp ( 一 五 八), Tiền Giang ( 一 四 六), Đồng Nai ( 七 二), Khánh Hòa ( 五 七), Vĩnh Long ( 四 九), Phú Yên ( 四 四), Đà Nẵng ( 三 九), Tây Ninh ( 三 三), Cần Thơ ( 一 九), Nghệ An ( 一 六), Bến Tre ( 一 五), Hưng Yên ( 一 五), Bình Phước ( 一 三), Bình Thuận ( 九), Kiên Giang ( 八 ), Hậu Giang ( 七), Bắc Ninh ( 七), Hà Nội ( 六), Quảng Ngãi ( 四), Ninh Thuận ( 三), Lâm Đồng ( 二), Trà Vinh ( 二), Cà Mau ( 二), Bắc Giang ( 二), Đắk Nông ( 一), Lạng Sơn ( 一), An Giang ( 一)Thanh Hóa ( 一), Lào Cai ( 一), Đắk Lắk ( 一), and Vĩnh Phúc ( 一).

Fifteen of the new infections were imported and were quarantined upon arrival.

Since the start of the fourth outbreak on April  二 七, the country has recorded  四0, 六0 九 infections with  七, 二 四 六 people given the all-clear. 

Twelve provinces have not reported new infections for the last  一 四 days, Yên Bái, Quảng Trị, Tuyên Quang, Sơn La, Ninh Bình, Thái Nguyên, Điện Biên, Hải Dương, Phú Thọ, Quảng Ninh, Hoà Bình and Bắc Kạn.

By the end of Friday, Việt Nam had vaccinated nearly  四. 二 million people with  二 九 四, 六 七 六 having received two shots of the COVID- 一 九 vaccine. — VNS
